black and neon

I'm totally not a typical neon kind of girl, but when done in a more subtle way, I love rocking it! Hence one of my favorite Forever 21 buys, this fit and flare black and neon dress. Add in some fun neon bracelets from Shop Pretty Pants, and I'm good to go!

    You are rocking the neon girl! I agree with a more subtle neon. Although sometimes I like to just be obnoxious in the brightest neon I can find LOL!

    I love those bracelets! I usually always rock neon or bright colors in my workout clothes, but I do have a few very obnoxious tops or skirts I love as well :)
