black&white peplum

I am such a fan of the peplum. It adds such a fun little element to a basic shirt. Plus, it twirls out when you spin around, and that's really the best part, am I right? ;) This one from Sweet Petal Boutique is perfect! It's a super soft knit fabric, and the peplum itself is different than the "normal" one...which makes it even better! I would recommend sizing up in it though!
