Comfy Outfit and Mala Prayer

I'm so excited to share this post today! I've really been trying to focus on self care this year, and that definitely includes meditating and being more mindful in general. Enter Mala Prayer.
According to their website, "Your mala is so much more than a beautiful piece of jewelery. Whether you use it for it’s healing powers and energies, or for meditation, your mala is a sacred piece of jewelery. While mala beads have traditionally been used in prayer and meditation, anyone can adorn their bodies with these beautiful pieces – the most important thing is to believe in their power, and allow yourself to trust in your malas energies."
Pretty amazing, right? A gorgeous piece of jewelry that helps in meditation and harnessing energies. I'm wearing mine all the time, especially in the stressful weeks leading up to the holidays! You can read all about how to activate your mala, and exactly how to use it! They'd be a great gift for your wellness loving friend, or the perfect little treat for yourself.
And the best part? Use the code "BETHEKEY20" for a special discount! Plus, 10% of the proceeds will go to the KEY Project, an amazing children's charity that you can read about here

Bell Sleeve Sweater

Remember how I said in my last post how I have a thing for bell sleeves? Well, here's another one! Black sweaters are pretty much a staple in my fall and winter closet, and I love this fun version! We all know I love bell sleeves, which drew me to the sweater in the first place, but the white tipped sleeves and soft material sold me! It's definitely going to be on repeat for the next couple months.

Ski Sweater

Do you ever have a piece of clothing that you put on and it makes you feel a certain way? This sweater is that piece for me! Every time I put it on, I feel like I need to be in an Aspen lodge, getting ready to go out skiing! Therefore, I shall forever be calling this my ski sweater. I wanted to fancy it up for this shoot, so I paired it with this mini skirt and some fun tights. But it's just as easily worn with jeans and boots! Okay ski sweater, you're my favorite.

Gingham and Loafers

I am someone who absolutely loves fall. Bring on pumpkin treats and Halloween fun! The only problem is when it is the middle of October and we're still having days where it is way too hot to be wearing pants, let alone a sweater. So this is the outfit I turn to during those days. I still try to bring in elements of fall dressing (loafers, black gingham, scarf), without overheating the moment I step outside. I am loving the neck scarf trend way more than I ever thought I would, and definitely want to continue it into sweater season. Also, these loafers are seriously the most comfortable pair I've ever owned. WIN.
